a 2-month Certificate Programme in Insurance and Management. The key objective of
this programme is to select, train, and groom talent from across the country to
ensure a ready pool of insurance-trained sales professionls for the company.
Branded as First Advantage, this 2-month Certificate Programme in Insurance and
Management is specially developed to cater graduates who are looking for a rewarding
career in the insurance industry. On successful completion of the programme, and
post assessment, candidates would be appointed as Sales Development Managers
at HDFC Standard Life
The selection process for the 2-month Certificate Programme on Insurance and Management
includes written tests , group discussions and interviews. It includes one month
classroom session and one month 'on-the-job training' at HDFC Standard Life offices.
