People Centricity is a core value at HDFCSL. All Human Resource initiatives in the
organization revolve around this value. “Mantra 10” represents the ten competencies
which have been identified as organizational core competencies.
Mantra 10 is a common thread which weaves through all the people processes of recruitment,
assessment, performance review and career planning.
Career Planning is an in -depth exercise at HDFCSL which covers employees across
levels. Frontline Assessment and Growth Program (FLAG) has been a path breaking
program for the Front Line Sales employee which provides them with an opportunity
to take higher responsibilities.
Development Center is an extensively used platform which uses various scientifically
tested tools for giving developmental inputs as well as identifying potential within
employees. Potential review process has also been instrumental in developing leadership
talent across the organization.
